Who operates this pilot

Fellowship Table is currently operated by First Baptist Church of Wetumka to coordinate church meals and gatherings. This notice applies to the hosted website and Fellowship Table phone app. Updated October 22, 2026.

Information you provide

When you sign in, we collect your email address, account identifier, and display name. If you choose password sign-in, our authentication provider manages the credential. We also store your church membership requests and roles, event RSVPs, counts of adults and children in your household, optional notes, food commitments, quantities and servings, volunteer commitments, and events you create. Church participation can reveal religious affiliation. Household counts do not require children’s names or birth dates. Avoid entering sensitive personal, medical, or children’s identifying information in notes.

Why we use it

We use this information to verify sign-in, save and restore your choices, organize meals, manage church access, show authorized organizers their rosters, answer support requests, and protect the service. We do not use signup information for advertising or sell it.

Who can see it

Published public event details can be viewed by anyone with the link. Authorized church organizers can view attendee names, household counts, signup details, and notes for their church’s events. Church administrators can manage membership and roles. Your personal signup information is not included in the public invitation. Organizers may print rosters for meal coordination and are responsible for handling those copies appropriately.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and database hosting, Netlify hosts the website, and Resend delivers sign-in and confirmation emails. Expo supports development previews and planned app distribution. Providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, device/browser information, timestamps, and service logs to deliver and secure these services. Event photos hosted by external image providers cause your browser or phone to contact those providers. These providers may process data outside your country.

Sign-in storage

The website stores your authentication session in browser storage so you can return without requesting a code each time. The phone app uses the device’s secure storage for its session. Signing out clears the app’s saved session on that browser or device. Sign out on shared devices. Email codes are temporary authentication credentials; do not share them.

Retention and deletion requests

We retain account, membership, and event records while needed to operate the pilot and coordinate gatherings. Cancelling an RSVP or dish changes its status and may leave a historical record; it does not delete your account. To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, email daniel@wetumkafbc.com from the address you use to sign in. We will verify the request and explain any records that must be retained for operational, security, or legal reasons. Backups and service-provider logs may remain for their retention periods. You can also use Profile → Delete my account in the phone app, or Delete my account in the website footer. A new email code and explicit confirmation are required. Deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, church memberships, RSVPs, food and volunteer signups, notification preferences and device tokens. Church events remain with their author reference removed. Internal action logs have your actor identity removed; service-provider logs, backups and copies already printed or exported may remain. A sole church administrator must appoint another administrator before deleting their account.

Children and optional participation

Adults should manage household RSVPs. The pilot is not intended for children under 13 to create their own accounts. You can browse public invitations without signing in; saving commitments requires email verification. If a child’s personal information has been submitted, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Security and changes

We use HTTPS for hosted connections, verified sign-in, and database access rules to restrict private records. No service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this notice when the app’s data practices change. For privacy questions, contact daniel@wetumkafbc.com.
